Welcome to Hennypenny bantams!
We are small hobby breeders specialising in Pekin bantams, but we also have Sablepoot, Brahma and Appenzeller varieties. Our first hens, Henrietta, Penelope (hence the web page name) and Maisie came to live with us about 4 years ago. Although complete novices to chicken keeping, we have taken to it 'like ducks to water'; we now have 25 hens and 2 ducks and intend to add further to these from recent hatches.
Our hens are free to roam in our garden. Most of our chicks are hand reared and, as a result, are very friendly and used to being handled. All our chickens are fed on high quality feed and wormed regularly.
